ANPR Operation a success

Good afternoon,

For those of you who passed the New Cross Road junction with Pagnell St yesterday (27th) in the middle of the day, you would've seen loads of police officers conducting automatic number plate recognition.

Standing out in the cold and rain paid off, with 5 arrests made, for offenses including weapons, disqualified drivers and possession with intent to supply drugs.

We did this in response to listening to the concerns and needs of our local community; you spoke and we answered.
